GDS / GOVERNANCE / COMPLIANCE

Compliance & export control

G Defence exists as a separate entity precisely so that this discipline is structural rather than discretionary. The six pillars below are preconditions of doing business with us.

01Control frameworkSix pillars

End-user integrity

We supply state and state-authorised end users only. End-user certificates and non-re-transfer undertakings are a precondition of engagement, not a formality.

Export authorisation

Every transfer is executed under the export licences and authorisations required in the jurisdictions of origin, transit and destination.

Screening & due diligence

Counterparties, intermediaries and beneficial owners are screened against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists before contracting.

Anti-bribery

No facilitation payments. Agents and representatives are contracted, disclosed and audited against a written policy.

Traceability

Serialised records, documented provenance and an auditable chain of custody from source to end user.

Programme governance

Defined authorities, segregated approvals and independent review at each gate of a programme.

For export-control officials and prime contractors conducting due diligence: corporate documentation, policy extracts and named compliance points of contact are available on request through official channels. Write to enquiries@geronimodefence.com from a government or corporate domain.
