GDS / SUSTAINMENT

Through-life sustainment

Equipment is bought once and sustained for decades. Our MRO practice spans every domain we supply, and platforms we did not.

02Fleet support

Keeping fleets available

Spares provisioning

Initial provisioning lists, consumption modelling and replenishment against agreed availability targets.

Obsolescence management

Early identification of at-risk components with qualified alternatives and last-time-buy planning.

Supply chain integrity

Traceable sourcing, documented provenance and controls against counterfeit parts entering the chain.

Technical publications

Maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues and configuration control kept current.

Fleet data & reporting

Usage, defect and availability reporting that turns maintenance into a planned activity.

Response support

Priority response for grounded assets, including remote diagnosis and deployed recovery teams.

03Capability transfer

Capability that stays

A programme has failed if the equipment stops working the day our people leave. Every delivery is structured around a transfer plan with defined milestones, assessed competencies and an agreed point of handover.

SCOPETraining provision

  • Operator and crew conversion training
  • Maintainer and technician qualification
  • Instructor development: training the trainers
  • Fleet and logistics management training
  • Simulation and synthetic training provision
