What we collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or session-recording tools, and uses no third-party analytics. The only personal data we process through the site is what you choose to send us in an enquiry: your organisation, country, role, official email address and the content of your message.

Why we process it

We process enquiry data to assess and respond to your enquiry, including the screening and due-diligence checks described on our compliance page, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to defence-related trade. The legal bases are our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention and disclosure

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided for, and thereafter as required by export-control, sanctions and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to competent authorities where required by law, and to professional advisers under confidentiality.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or your local supervisory authority.
